Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request refunds or terminate services provided by Mira iMarketing.

1. Refund Eligibility

  1. Refund requests must be made before service commencement.
  2. Once the service has begun, refunds will be issued only for uncompleted work, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
  3. No refunds will be issued for work already completed or delivered.

2. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  1. Submit your request online via the “Contact Us” page on our website.
  2. Alternatively, email us at team@mira-imarketing.com.
  3. Provide your order number or contract reference in all correspondence.

3. Processing

  1. Refund requests will be reviewed within seven (7) business days.
  2. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Cancellation notices should be made at least 7 days before the next billing or work cycle.
